Akquisition: Grovepoint Capital erwirbt Mehrheit an Algatech

Kurzmeldung: Grovepoint, eine britische Investmentgesellschaft, hat eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an dem isralischen Algenzüchter Algatech erworben. Weitere finanzielle Details wurden nicht bekannt gegeben.
Algatech, gegründet 1998, gewinnt Astaxanthin aus Mikroalgen. Die Photobioreaktoren befinden sich in der Arava Wüste. Mit der Akquisition sollen auch weitere finanzielle Mittel in die Forschung und den Vertrieb fließen.

OriginOil Partners with Aquaculture Producer
